SilkRoad Moments Tours 2021-2022 RATES
RATES:
1) All rates are in American dollars and include tax
2) Prices are reflective of all passengers
3) Prices for groups over 10 pax are available upon request
4) Rates are valid between 1 October 2021 - 31 March 2022
5) Child age is 2 - 12 years. Children are eligible to receive a 10% discount
6) Infant age is < 2 years. Infants are free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) Cancellations outside 7 days of departure incur no charges other than any pre-committed expenses.
2) Cancellations inside 7 days of departure incur a 25% cancellation fee plus any pre-committed expenses
3) Cancellations inside 72 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. Large group bookings (10pax) may be subject to different cancellation conditions.

ARRIVAL AT MEETING POINT and compliance with conditions
You are responsible for arriving on time at the notified meeting point. If you are traveling to an activity from abroad, you are responsible for having the necessary travel documents (passport etc.), and for observing the health regulations etc.

Your guide will wait for you up to an hour past your scheduled meeting time. After that time, please contact SilkRoad Moments at +90 442 442 44 82 to make additional arrangements.

2. New Year's Day (1 Jan) USD $200
3. Children's Day (23 April) USD $150
4. Labor Day & Solidarity Day (1 May) $250
5. Ramadan 2022 (1-4 May) $300
6. Ataturk Day (19 May) $100
7. Kurban Bayran (8-12 July) $300
8. Republic Day (28-29 October) $300

PAYMENT TERMS:
SRM will submit an invoice to 'The Agent' for the agreed rate. Fifty percent of balance is due 8 weeks from departure date. One hundred percent of balance is due 4 weeks from departure date.

SCHEDULING:
1. SRM reserves the right to make subtle changes to tour itineraries.
2. SRM reserves the right to change or cancel a booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should change or cancellation prove necessary SRM will provide reasonable notice thereof and where available will offer a comparable alternative. If an alternative is not available or acceptable, agents will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to us or transfer to another SRM holiday without payment of any transfer fee.
3. If a change or cancellation is required due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond MPT’s control), SRM will offer a full refund of any monies paid.
4. SRM is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.

For calculations of the time and deadlines, the time zone of Turkey is authoritative.

Restrictions of liability do not apply within the scope of guarantees issued, in the event of an injury to life, limb or health or for claims based on product liability regulation.

As between you and SilkRoad Moments the Website is and remains protected by copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights (including protection granted through unfair competition law). You acquire no rights in the Website, and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published on the Website. You may access and view the Website, but not incorporate it into other websites, and not copy, present, license, publish, download, upload, send or make it perceptible in any other way without our prior written consent.
